This October, Armenia will host COP-17—one of the most significant international platforms dedicated to biodiversity conservation and the future of nature.
Within the framework of COP-17, the "Armenia Forest Alliance" brings together a range of initiatives that will allow for discussions on Armenia’s forests from various perspectives:
Planned activities within the framework of COP-17 include the "Forest Dialogues 2026" series of open discussions, the documentary film "Armenia’s Green Heart," the "Identity of the Forest" exhibition, the "Armenia’s Forest Biodiversity" photography contest, the "Roots of Our Future" campaign, and other collaborative initiatives. COP17 is an opportunity to talk about Armenia’s forests, to listen, and to take action together.
